No need to do anything! Just leave it as is. Or actually, did you pop her head off and check inside for rust or mold or anything else? If not, I recommend it. It won't hurt her. I also recommend you do not glue it back on!
Nope, about 80% of collectors could care less if the neck seam is intact or not. I think all of us would rather have a pony we are SURE has no mold or rust inside them instead of a perfectly sealed pony that could be harboring internal pestilence!
