confused about misterious mintys

Hi! I've stumbled across the "Kimono's Townhouse" comic and started to get really confused when i saw a straight legged gem blossom pose, wrong sided cutie mark minty III and what i suppose is a wysteria pose
So what are those about? are these custom made?

those are all custom made! i believe they only did that to give her more dynamic poses for the comic. they did the same with kimono, too. clearly a lot of effort was put into the project

cant blame you! i would've loved a wysteria pose Minty or Kimono. the matte look suits them both well

Yeah, Dava made a LOT of customs for the comic. Sometimes they weren't even full customs, just creative uses of loose parts, forced perspective and other photography tricks
