I recently found this pony toy and can barely find any info or sales for it, I've also only been able to find the 2 inch version online, but this one is a little smaller than any of any of my other mini figures! 'v'

I was wondering if it might be a prototype for another toy or just a limited release.

I also have a twilight I can't find much info on, she was made in 2013 but has yellow in her hair, I can find toys made on the same base as hers but not this specific toy.
