EQG Dolls ponies weird?
« on: October 16, 2016, 02:54:16 AM »
I'm not sure if its just me but I've noticed that the ponies that come with the Equestria girls are odd. The neck plugs seem to be forced in and are too big, it makes the plastic buldge out. I have both Rarity and Octavia, they both have this problem. I loved the way they looked from afar but close up I'm kinda disapointed.
Rarity seems to have it worse than Octavia, so bad her neck isn't lined up with her body. As for Octavia her body isn't glossy like other ponies, more like a matte finish?  Am I the only one with these odd like ponies? Does any one have pictures of theirs?

I found a boxed EQG doll with a Rarity and noticed the same thing.

I'm going to add pictures later.

I remember when they first popped up people were noticing the ponies packaged with EQG Dolls had the neck bulge you're describing, I specifically remember Rarity being discussed. I myself never collected any and don't know if all ponies were affected or if it was just a bad batch, but there were plenty being found in box with neck gaps and bulges.

I'm curious to know how many ponies were affected, did the Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash that came with dolls have the same issue, or did Hasbro fix the problem?
