MLP not at Walmart?

The section looks pretty much the same as ever here, except that right now we don't have any Equestria Girls dolls, just the Minis. Actually, we just got some of the more recent things, like Royal Ribbon and Photo Finish Fashion Styles. And the new line of Minis. I wish I'd been able to get the one Sunset Shimmer that came in the shipment. I put her in the back for later, but someone else found her first. She's probably the only Mini I really want, and maybe a Twilight one, since I collect merchandise of them. Ah well, there will surely be other chances....

This same thing happened around 2012 when the cute (not rainbow powered and what not) ponies were at stores. For months there were hardly any ponies at all, but then (at all the stores that carried them) they all restocked, and had a new line of ponies. Not sure if this is what's gonna happen to Walmart, because I am not aware of a new line of ponies. And didn't they just come out with the "Explore Equestria" a few months ago??

The MLP section at all of the Walmarts in my area is very small. It's not even half on an aisle anymore. There are EQ minis, Cutie Mark Magic brushables maybe one or two headband brushables Guardians of Harmony Celestia, some blind bags and a few of those baggie brushables.

I really am hoping you guys are right about them restocking. I haven't seen any of the pearly type brushables go through any of the stores in the area so far. And I went to Target to look to see if the new playskool release of the playskool line had come out, only to find there was no section for playskool anymore, just fisher-price.

I am not sure the pearlized ponies are available anywhere yet. The Targets and Walmarts by me just got the second wave of hairbow brushables with Pursy Pink. They could be behind but I think the pearlized will be out with later this year or early 2017. My guess anyway.

I was at Walmart last night and they had plenty of pony toys, but nothing new. As a matter of a fact, it feels like it's been a long while since they've stocked anything new. The most recent items there are the light up Luna and Cadance toys. Oh, and the castle set with Flurry Heart.

My local Wal-Mart used to have half an aisle dedicated to ponies, but now it is maybe a quarter of an aisle if that.  They have a few blind bags, a couple of EQ dolls, and then some of the single bagged ponies.  They had 2 Miss Pommel fashion style ponies a few weeks ago so I made sure to grab one.  I haven't seen many new ponies besides that in quite a while.

I just checked out a much bigger Walmart closer to my job that has a lot more stuff, and its pony section actually goes floor to ceiling...for about two feet of shelf length.

Found the vinyl Guardians of Harmony Celestia figure though, I love it!  Happy to pay full price on that, she's so fightin'!  No Luna though...other than that just brushable, blind bags, and a handful of the new little playsets and newer EG figures like the smaller walmart.

All they had the last time I checked a Big Lots was ribbon-hair ponies and blind bags...that was sometime last month. Maybe I should check again this week and see if there's anything new...

All the Walmarts near me barely have a pony section at all anymore. Though one of them recently had a large end cap loaded with the bagged brushables- they probably stumbled upon old stock.
