How Rare Are the Mommy Charms Bookmarks?

Hi everyone,

How rare are the McDonald's Mommy Charms bookmarks?  Just curious!

They are adorable, aren't they?
I don't see them pop up too often - usually on ebay but the symbols are often rubbed which is a shame. I'm still after a perfect Minty and Blossom!

I wanna say, like $10 - $25?

They are sought after by both pony collectors and McDonalds toy collectors, so it can also depend on where they are listed on eBay (if on eBay).

Edit:  Just checked eBay's "Sold" section and found pictures of on MIB!  Neat, I've never seen that before!

Interesting--the bit of text I can see suggests they are actually charms to hang from your pocket, not bookmarks.

Yes! I always thought it was odd they were often described as bookmarks. The clips are almost identical to the Charmkins ones... which are meant to clip onto a pocket.  Also, wouldn't it be difficult to close your book with a little hunk of pony-shaped plastic in it?

They're so cute!  That MIB one is awesome. 

They were a test run, weren't they?  I was under the impression they were only sold in certain markets.  And if that's the case, one would assume they'd be pretty sought after but I never see them go over $20, each.

Then again, I have no idea what the rarest happy meal toys would be.  Any ideas?

I think you're correct, scarletjul.  IIRC they were only available at McDonalds in St. Louis.

Oooh I've never seen one MIP. That is so cool. I rarely see these even non-MIP (But my area also wasn't the one they were selling them in).
