It's a shame it seems to have only been that one location with the crazy clearance deals! I have been wondering since I left the second one I checked whether someone had mismarked a lot of items that weren't actually meant to be on clearance, lol but I certainly won't complain!

They were probably supposed to be on clearance. Around here, it's not unusual for one Wal-Mart to put stuff on clearance that another Wal-Mart is still selling for full-price. So a random Walgreens could do the same thing.

I live in New Jersey, I spent last weekend going to every Walgreens I could find to take advantage of this deal. I found out at walgreens #5 its with a walgreens card, but thats free, so, whatever. i got a bonbon and everything!!! its DEFINITELY not a one walgreens fluke, i went to five different locations in a day.

I'm so glad it wasn't a one-off fluke, and someone else was able to find a good deal as well! Maybe it's just locations that happen to have overstock in the back, and now they need room for upcoming holiday stock

I found a picture. loose stuff is from a goodwill, and in addition to all those ponies being 2.99, I got that pinkie pie bubble blower for I think 1.37 or something to that effect. less than 2 dollars
