SDCC Muffin Pony vs Wonderbolts Muffin Pony

I've been really curious about the differences between the FS versions of Muffin pony so here are my pics for anyone else that's curious. A big thanks to Aurora for letting me take pictures of her SDCC Muffin pony! 


My pics make it seem like there is a slight color difference, but holding them side by side in real life, I couldn't see any difference in the body colors or mane colors. They had a similiar feel too.

The odd thing is that my Wonderbolts version has a slightly different, more yellow tail color. There is a pretty big size difference between the cutie marks and there is some difference in eye color and how the highlights are placed. You can also see a small difference in the eye shape. SDCC has a very stick straight eyelashes that are set wider apart compared to her Wonderbolts version.

Thank you for posting side by side comparison pics.  I plan on picking up the Wonderbolts 6-pack anyway, but good to see this info.

Also glad that there are some noticeable but subtle differences between the two.

Very glad to see that they aren't the same! I thought of doing some comparisons but my SDCC Muffin is still in her box, as is the Wonderbolts one. I just love their boxes too much to remove them.

I love Muffins, I think they should make a regular-sized brushable of her that's available everywhere. She'd be great in my collection

They both look stick straight to me, just one has thicker eyeliner than the other

I just noticed this - their symbols look different, too. Am I the only one who sees that?

I definitely see the difference in size.  And if you look really closely, SDCC Muffins has wider spaced lashes that are very straight.  There is a subtle difference in Wonderbolts Muffins -- thinner liner and lashes, as others mentioned.  I think that the top lash looks a bit more curved/angled, but maybe it's just the camera angle ... or maybe MY eyes are crooked LOL.  I dunno.
