Who is the rarest Pony?

I am still learning a lot about Ponies. I am very curious to know more about the not so common ones or even very rare ones. I am not talking about Nirvana's cause obviously they are more rare then the standard US or EU Pony. So they are a seperate case

So who is the rarest Pony or very hard to obtain?

Looking at US store released only (vs mail order), I would say several of the adult sea ponies from the second set are some of the rarest and/or HTF ponies.

Oh it can be very hard to anwser this as price doesnt always correlate to popularity and high prices.

Popular, expensive and semi hard to find would be sugarcake, game time, sweet scoops, rapunzeal all come to mind all are mail orders

I have found Stocking (mail order) quite hard to come by although she isnt to sort after so her price stays down

I'd say the one-off prototypes that have been found and are thought to be the only ones in existance, like BBE Sunlight (I want her sooooo bad!).
