Hi, SquirtSquirt! I'm so sorry that life has been hard for you- hopefully it will get better.

Everyone here has offered great advice, and my favorite is listing a big picture of what you have. Those pictures are always fun to look at, and you'll get all sorts of offers and PC's on what is there.

The only thing I can add is that the ponies will wait- they will wait patiently while you do what needs to be done, and the ones that are hiding right now will show up sooner or later. Who knows- they might be hiding until their value goes up again! Sneaky ponies. The ones that you've put aside for your little one (who isn't so little now, I'm guessing!)--- did she just never get into them, or did she play with them a lot and then lose interest? If you really need to get rid of them, I understand, but you might want to stow a few away just in case. Granted, if she starts to care later on, she can buy back her own ponies just like most of us had to! It's part of the fun?

Big hugs for you, and good luck! I'll be looking for a post of pictures, just cuz they're fun!
Thanks so much to Calico_Star for her beautiful work on my Avatar!

I decided to just start grabbing boxes and see what I have.  I'm going to start with some of the loose ponies, since they take up a lot of room and I need to start getting boxes out of the storage unit.

I started trying to get some pics done, but now I have to figure out where to put them.  It's been a while since I've had to do all this... *sighs*

I know the boxes I grabbed have some birthflowers and some birthstones, and some other sets.  I'll work on a list and get those listed as soon as I can.  I know most of them are mint, or as mint as G3s were.  Any sets I do have all the accessories and the backcards, too.  Small steps, but I'm getting there. :)
Thanks to Whippetluv for my awsome persona pony!!

OK, first couple of boxes are listed, and there is a weird assortment of ponies.  These were not boxed as sets, so there are some of this, some of that, and some of huh?? :P

I have a sales thread started, but still no prices.  Hopefully I'll be able to keep digging through and sort out the more common from the not so common.  Offers are welcome, since I need to start getting them out.

I'd forgotten how much fun a floor covered with ponies was. :)
Thanks to Whippetluv for my awsome persona pony!!

I am so sorry that your circumstances have led you to this decision *hugs* All I can say is that by selling on the Arena at least you know your ponies are going to fellow collectors who will treasure them.

As others have said, there is a market for G3 but it can be slow.

I would just advise that sometimes selling loose G3s in set lots or with offers of x amount for $x can be a great way to get you a fair price and save you havign to sell everything individually.

Good luck with your sales and I hope everything works out for you.
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi
