Perfume Puff Perfume?

Hello,

Is there any perfume that resembles the perfume that smells similar to the Perfume Puff Pony perfume?

The only ones that still have a nice scent is my Lavender Lace and Daisy Sweet. The rest have lost their scent.

I would love to re-scent mine with some perfume. But I enjoy their original smell so I would like something that comes very close. Has anyone any suggestions or tried it even?

What a great idea to re-scent. I only had Dainty Dahlia when I was a girl and come to think of it I think she smelt a little like the MOR marshmallow scent.

was about to say BPAL there's probably something there that'd fit. You can order little samples. It's oil frangrances tho afaik so I'm not sure it'd be a great thing to put on vinyl.

I think this is a great idea, but I would be careful what you put on them. It's generally hair that seems to hold the scent more than vinyl, so it might be shampoo you need to find rather than perfume? If that doesn't sound odd.

I have the Puffies but I have no idea how to explain their scent and they're a long way away. You might just have to be original and try and give them a new scent based on their name/theme instead.

Every one of my puffs with the exception of my Red Roses has lost their scent. But I think RR's scent might not even be original..

We need a sniff test for a new replacement!

You should be able to renew their scent by gently heating them with a hair dryer. I remember posting about these scented bears that when they lost their scent, that was how you renew them, and someone tried it on the scented ponies and it worked. I don't know how hot they had the hair dryer on, but I'd be careful to not have it hot enough to warp the plastic. Good luck!

ETA: If I remember right, the members who tired this said it didn't always work - there were some ponies whose scent didn't come back using this method. Still, worth a try!

Red Roses smells like generic fake rose scent.  Or as I call it, "old lady smell."

I THINK you can re-stink a pony by putting the oil in really hot water and dipping the hair in.  I want to say I read that somewhere but I have taken a lot of pain killers in the past few weeks and I could also totally be making this up.
