« on: June 01, 2016, 05:22:03 AM »
How is the best way to remove Flutter Wing Ponies tails?  I have one that is in good condition but the tail got cut so I want to switch it.  Thank you!

The best way to do it is to carefully remove the pony's head, pull the tail out from the inside, and then replace the tail.  :)

However, flutter ponies can be hard to get off so be careful.  Have you ever beheaded a pony before?  There's a "lip" or "plug" on the bottom of the head that fits into the pony's body.  You don't want to cut through it because then you'll have to glue the head back on.

Thank you!  I have never done it and hoping there was a better way to do it than removing the head.

To make things easier- you can actually wrap the hair (so it won't melt) and then hairdry the area around the neck until the plastic (and any glue) gets soft.  Easier to work out the head that way...
