ripped hair plugs

I tore my pony's hair plugs and it makes me so sad! how do I fix it?

There are some glues that work on vinyl that you can add to it to help strengthen it enough for the rehair once dry. I cannot remember what I have more find it at the moment, but I'm sure you can google some.

Plastizap. All these things take practice don't feel bad. Seems like u need to change your technique though  :P
