Hey!

I'd like to change my user name, so I posted a request in the Sigs & Site Support forum and also PM'd two Admins but haven't heard anything or received any reset emails.

Am I going about this the right way?

Hi! That's what you're supposed to do, so I bet the admins are just busy. How long has it been? If it's been more than three days you could PM an admin again just to double check that they received your message.

The mods also might be checking to see if the name you want isn't already being used by someone else. I hope you hear something soon.

Yes, please be patient. We are all volunteers here, managing this around our own lives/work/etc. We can't always get to things instantly. For example I saw your PM last night when I finally got home at 9 PM, in the 1 hour I had for winding down before crawling into bed.
