Questions for people that uses Paypal?

The main question is this How do you use Paypal? And secondly Do you really need a bank account? I have a re-loadable card, instead of a bank account...Can it still work?

I use mine without linking it to my bank account.  It's linked only to a CC which is set to send me a text whenever it gets used.

When  you sign up for paypal, just look for the tiny "skip to next step" link when it asks for bank info.
