I really like her! In missing the neon rarity as well as the CMM ribbon Twilight and Fluttershy. This rarity is really cute, I will need to hunt her down on eBay or taobao!

Is the neon RP rarity still for sale in places overseas!? I'm still looking for one if they are common! She and Holly never appeared in my area but all the other ones did!

Yes, they never made it to the USA, I got mine from UK .they are no longer on stock over there ,there are some on ebay and Amazon though .
ahh they came out also in Singapore .
