Wal-Mart clearancing EQG archery dolls!

I don't know if anyone else's Wal-Mart is doing this, but last night I was actually able to get the EQG archery Twilight Sparkle doll for $4! Some silly person had marked all of the archery dolls with Applejack's clearance sticker of $15, but I was sure I remembered that the Shadowbolts ones were $11 last I knew, so I took Twilight to run her through the price check. I also tried Applejack and Fluttershy, but they both rang up as $15. Still less than full price, but more than I wanted to spend, so I didn't get them. I didn't double-check Sour Sweet's price, since I can't stand her personality, but her archery doll is so gorgeous that I wonder if I should go back and see if she would ring up as $4 too. For $4, I might get her.

Anyway, if anyone is looking for any of the archery dolls, they might want to see what their Wal-Marts are doing. Usually around here, most of the Wal-Marts eventually start doing the same thing regarding clearancing merchandise, even if they don't at first.

I'm still waiting for the roller skate dolls to show up. I really want an articulated Lemon Zest and Sunny Flare.

Yeah, I'm frustrated about those not appearing too. And the School Spirit Sunset Shimmer. I have two Sunset dolls, but I thought I might get that one too because I love her outfit.

It may have been an isolated incident, but my nearest Walmart had the motocross Sugarcoat and Indigo Zap on clearance for $10 each! I'm sure Indigo was a return because the box was pretty damaged, but still...I couldn't pass that up!

They were marked $7 at my walmart, and when I tried to buy one it rang up as $15, and they called a manager over and all but accused me of swapping clearance stickers because the fluttershy was marked with a sticker that said "shadowbolts." Ugh.  I left it there, and on my way out saw the manager in customer service with it, gesturing to it and talking to someone at the desk.  Yeah lady, you got me.  My big $8 scam failed.

Aww suddenly I wish there was a walmart near here. Briefly. It could close again afterwards.

I went to Walmart to hunt ponies on tips of Easter stock but my own Walmart had almost no ponies at all....less than half the disposable picnic stuff they usually have (like 5 items including plates and napkins) but, they did have a couple of G3 Pinky Pie pinatas.  They weren't on sale, almost $20. ouch.  I took a picture.

In all fairness there are many other Walmarts near me but not in bicycle range.

My Wal-Marts never got beyond the archery dolls. That's awesome!

Sour Sweet did ring up as $4, by the way; I went back last night to check. I didn't end up getting her, though. Somehow it still seemed not worth it when I can't stand her personality. Maybe I'll change my mind if they still have her next week. We'll see. If it had been Sugarcoat or Indigo Zap instead, I probably would have got them.

Oh gosh, that's awful! So very different from the people at the Wal-Marts here.... Man, I'm so sorry you had such a crummy experience!

Ugh. Maybe your Wal-Mart was sold out.... I found a Starlight Glimmer among the Easter stock, but then those headband ones sold out and I haven't seen any back since then.
