Help ID'ing a pony and pc

Hi, been having a hard time finding info on a pony a friend of mine has come across.  She's all yellow with  no symbols in shy pose and Brazil stamp on her feet.  I thought maybe a Brazil version of Cascade but I can't find any info on it.

Only one that comes to mind is the Brazil Bubbles variant.

There are a few on eBay but they are 85+

If she does not come with her accessories, I think around $40? But hair condition does play a bit part, and if she has her accessories/outfit, it would be more.

I agree with a price of around $40 if she has no accessories she would have come with a cute little outfit originally.

Thanks!  Good to know, the owner was asking 100 for her and I thought it was a little bit high.  Her hair isn't too terrible, but no accessories
