G1 ?Baby Pony Wear ID?

I have this G1 Baby Pony Nightgown with the pink Rosebud pattern and lace trim around the neck with a mint sewn on bow. there is a tiny tail hole in the back...i cant find who/set it belongs to? It looks like it would go with Cuddles Buggy set, matches her blanket and pillow perfectly while the bow color matches cuddles body color. hmmm any guesses?

It belongs to a newborn twin set. Jangles/Tangles or Noodles/Doodles. I think the former but I can't get at my box to check...

per a previous post (of mine) the gown can be pink or white, but the color of the bow determines the set.
