I ordered a grab bag and specified which colors I wanted and I didn't get any of them! Is there any way I can return them or no?

Usually a grab bag is whatever colors the *seller* chooses; that's why the price is lower? It says right on the order form there is NO guarantee you will get your choices, but they will try.

You are free to ask for the kind of hair or color range, like reds, blinds, blues, whatever, but I doubt they expect you to ask for specific colors...

I'd say probably not. That kind of item is usually considered a clearance item. But you could probably try to sell them on here. That's what I did with my extra hair.
