Because I have never seen one, in all my years of searching!

I don't mean the one with the painted symbols, but one with fully embroidered symbols.  I have embroidered (and painted) versions of the other 3 and have been looking for Firefly for at least 10 years and have never seen even a picture of her.  I assume she exists because the other 3 Applause ponies exist in both versions, but does anyone have a picture?

And most importantly, if you do have one are you willing to sell her to me?  XD

Yes...I think so...I believe so...hmmmm

The only reason I make the presumption is it would be odd to have made the others and not her. But...and its a but...the embroidered releases are a later release (am I remembering correctly). Perhaps she was not included in a later wave?

What year was the second burst released? I will admit I tend to gloss over the cuddlies in the catalogues a little so I am not sure which years the Applause appear in. I can check if you have an idea of year. :)
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi

I'd have to check the tags on my nice ones to get the year but off the top of my head I have no idea.  I do think they were the second wave though because they'd be an "upgrade" from the painted on symbols even though nothing else changed or improved.

My dad worked for applause in the 80's and we still have the catalogs with them I there.. There were for sure two releases on the ponies.. I think firefly was removed from the second release (embroidered symbols) but I can be wrong.. The second release ones in the book actually look more like ponies and not muppet type faces.. I guess they were going to change the body styles as well and then decided against it at the last minute..I will ask my mom to take a picture tonight of both catalogs and try to post them here ;)

Wow, ask, and you may discover!  The collective knowledge here is amazing!  You never know what sort of unexpected connections you could find.
Nirvana grails:  Reverse Gusty (upgrade), Peru Windy and Moonstone (upgrade), Brazil TAF upgrades, Argie Powder w/ white hair (upgrade), French Windy and Moondancer (upgrades), Spain TAF's, TE's, and piggies.  These are my biggest wants, but I'm looking for tons more nirvanas, especially Greeks, Brazilians, and Peruvians.  Feel free to PM me for sales or trades.  But please note that I'm also fairly picky.

I'm curious, what are the prices for Firefly and Glory? painted or embroidered symbols?  :)

Typically I don't pay more than $20 for them and even then they have to be in really good shape for that.  They're not particularly sought-after so they're not very expensive.

I see thanks that's a relief, I paid a bit more than that for my two earths but the price included free shipping so I think I didn't do too bad  ^.^

Are Firefly and Glory more expensive?

They can be.  Sometimes they're harder to find, but they're still not particularly sought after so the same ones may sit unsold for a long time.

This doesn't happen all the time, but I keep reading the title as "Applesauce Firefly", which makes me think of when she crashed into Applejack's apples in Rescue at Midnight Castle.
I will confess to being a brony, but I assure you that the things you may not like about them do not apply to me, I mostly keep the fandom name due to nostaligia, but I do genuinely love MLP as a whole, not just FIM, and not just the popularity of FIM - I genuinely love the show (and all the others)
