What would you pay for this lot?

I have the opportunity to buy this pony lot, but the seller wants a bit more than I'm comfortable with -- $100 plus shipping. (He wanted more originally.) As you can see, some are fakies, most of the ponies need cleaning and most are common, but there's a Whitecap. I have every pony in the lot except Whitecap and Baby Sleep Tight, both of which are on my want list; the rest I would clean up and sell.

What would you guys say this lot is worth?

I would say $100 is fair, honestly.  There's a good mix of ponies and they aren't all Year 2 & 3 commons.

I think $100 is kind of high considering their condition.  It's also hard to tell White Cap's condition and if she has a bunch of brown marks or not on the other side.  I'd pay closer to $80 but just because of the sea pony (assuming good condition).  So, maybe he would do $100 shipped?  That seems more reasonable to me given just the few pictures here.  Not really sure what is going to clean up well and what isn't!

It's so hard to figure out Starshine is gray-ish, and Sky Flier's back legs are pushed in; Majesty has a mark on her face. It's hard to tell what condition Whitecap is in, too. Do I want to clean a bunch of ponies? Trying to decide. Not every day you see a Whitecap, in any condition . . .

I saw this lot on ebay and didn't think it was worth what he was asking.

I wouldn't pay $100 + shipping for this lot. The ponies look pretty dirty and dingy. I think no more than $75 shipped is reasonable. Truthfully, for me personally, I wouldn't pick this lot for more than $40 because the ponies just don't look to be in that great of shape.

This lot has been listed on my local craigslist for months!!! I've been watching it but the price has never gone down. He's had it listed on there and eBay for $150.

If your only looking to get it for white cap I might be selling the one I found recently. I haven't made up my mind, it was so awesome to find her but I personally prefer the baby sea ponies, I think their way cuter. She does have typical brown marks.

Thank you all so much for your advice! I was really going around and around in my head . . . I've finally responded to his message (where he said $100 plus shipping) offering $75 plus shipping. Oh, and that's good to know, Princess Tiffy! If it's been up a while maybe he'd be more open to my offer? . . . I kind of have a feeling he will want more, though. We'll see!

I saw that lot too when he wanted $150 for them.  I would ask for better pictures of the sea pony, her name now escapes me.  And maybe you can make a deal on shipping by only having the ponies you actually want shipped. Good luck

Yeah...$150 is too high. The condition of White Cap is going to be a major factor through. If she cleans up stunning with no age marks then $100 + shipping would have been worth it. If she has issues then $75 would be better.
