Just needing some advice. not sure what to do.

so   at least 2 months ago. someone inquired to buy my stuff and i siad   sure not a problem. since it was about 100.00 with shipping. and    i'd done business iwth them before so no problem she siad she'd pay me in a couple weeks.  well    e very time   i asked for payment  there was just a reeason she couldnt pay me or an excuse.    well    fast forward to   now.    I       told hjer last week i'd giveher one final week becuase she said in about two weeks (two weeks aog) she could send me half the payment  and pretty much just another excuse.      so i dont know what to do..   i'v e told her i need to sell this stuff asap and get it out of the house.  but i get the feeling she isnt ever going to pay me.

so the question is what to do?

You've given her more than enough time.  You need to get it out of your house so make it available to another buyer.  Be polite about it, but let her know that you can't wait on her anymore.

I agree with this. You've been extremely nice and patient to wait this long. I'd give someone else a chance.

I completely agree    Don't feel bad about it - you've given this potential buyer plenty of time already, and kept up communication. if she still hasn't paid then politely explain that you really need to sell this stuff so unfortunately  you cant hold it for her any longer.
I know you said she was a good buyer in the past but sometimes things come up where people cant pay. She may be a good buyer again in the future but right now she cant keep you hanging on for your money

thanks guys ^^ yeah lol i figured    so. just not   sure how to tell her   that i'mt ired of wiating   and  i either need her to pay me now or     i  need to resell it.

Can I be mean for you?  JK...but seriously, look at all the stress it is causing you!  Just be honest with her, it truly is the best policy. Example  "As you are aware, it has been over two months since we made such and such agreement.  I feel I have been more than fair in allowing you to pay for such item, but now it is time for me to repost such item".  Remember, you did not wrong so no need to feel bad, guilty, etc.

I know it can be a toughie , you want to be polite and you don't know what kind of RL situation she is dealing with right now so you need to be tactful too but you also need to make things clear that you cant wait any longer. I'd send something along the lines of:

Hi ... (persons name)
Just a quick message about (the item you were holding for her) as its been 2 weeks since we last talked and I haven't received payment yet. I'm so sorry but unfortunately I don't feel I can hold the item any longer as its already been longer than we agreed and I really need the money.  I understand real life things happen so no worries if you cant buy this item from me anymore but I thought I'd let you know before I put it back up for sale. If you do still want to buy it then please would be able to send payment within ( state a time ...say 24 hours or 48 hours)  to (your paypal addy) and send me a message to let me know? If I don't hear from you or receive payment, I'll take it that you no longer want the item and I will put it back up for sale after this time.

 i did end up telling her seomething alogn those liens nd that i wasnt upset at her or anyhting  and that if she     still wisehd to purchase the items that at a later date she could if she had the moeny but that they were going back up for sale.
she understod so theres no hard feeligns   on either end.
