Problem with BAB Muffins order??

Anyone else having problems with their Build a Bear Muffins order? I ordered her on Monday the 24th but she still hadn't shipped as of the 26th so I emailed them. (I chose ups ground so definitely should have shipped)
Anyway they just wrote back saying its processing it'll ship soon. Oh ok thanks for telling me nothing. So I wrote back again trying to find out more.
Then today I checked the status and my order is gone! It's like they cancelled it but I got nothing telling me and I certainly didn't ask for that when I contacted them. And the charge is showing up on my bank account still.
So I'm waiting to hear back again although I may call this time. So unlike them and very annoying!
So I was just wondering if anyone else has had any issues. Thanks!

Lol ok never mind I just got an email saying it shipped. Not sure what's going on with them but I'm glad it shipped. Phew!

I just got the email that mine shipped on Thursday and I ordered mine Monday also.  It seems to just be taking them a few days to process.

I didn't order Muffins but when I ordered Princess Twilight my order disappeared one day and then the next day she shipped.

I'm glad its sorted for you now and I hope that she arrives soon. I think I remember someone else having a similar problem not too long ago but theirs arrived safely in the end as well
