I have a red roses who still really smells like what she is supposed to.

A lot of the time the scent is actually blocked due to oil and dirt from handling building up on the plastic. Give her a really thorough clean, pop her in a plastic bag, put her under a towel and then expose her to warm sunlight. Give her a few days and then release her. If there is any scent left in the plastic that will release it.

Will she not melt?? 
I think she lost the smell, when I took her to Egypt 
I drop her in the sea, but I will try this with the bag.
I have also Red Roses, and she THANK God still smells of roses

No she wont melt unless you are exposing her to some incredibly hot sun Just keep a regular eye on her.
