This is an easy question for me, since I've not been collecting long and my collection is small, lol.

These were my first three.  Sugarberry and StarSong came on the same day (from different sellers) but have become best friends.  Sparkler joined their little group some time later.  I love all of my ponies (all six of them lol) but these three are the most fun.

This beautiful girl has been with me since childhood. I bought her from a secondhand market stall in the early 90's for 50p!! Her hair is still pink!!!

Cherries Jubilee was my first MLP as a child, and one of the few I had from brand new. She's still in wonderful condition. And I bought her Baby from PonyCon 2013, I didn't even know a baby existed but just had to have her when I saw her. Look how cute she is!!!
