Hi, some months ago I bought some ponies from a user that never left me a feedback, even though I have asked it by PM and I immediately left mine on her profile.
That was my only purchase on MLP Arena so far ... I'd like to have my feedback
What can I do?

Sorry Elisa - its kind of common for people to not leave feedback these days (usually an ebay problem rather than here but it happens here too    )  The others are right though - it doesn't hurt to send another message as a lot of us  are really busy and some take longer than others to respond/leave feedback.
Has your seller read your previous messages / been online here at the Arena since?

If they still don't respond don't worry, the next time hopefully you will buy from someone who will leave good feedback for you. Try buying from someone who is here often, sells a lot of items and who has  received a lot of good feedback before. You have a better chance of someone like that leaving feedback for you too although newer sellers will also often leave feedback for you here as well . Old or newer members sometimes need a reminder so don't worry about sending someone a reminder about feedback if you need to

The seller is a MLP Arena old member, with almost 1300 posts and more than 200 trades…
She has been online after my message… But I noticed that she usually doesn’t answer to many people in her posts after receiving payment … Only interested to earn money?   
I'm sorry there are people so rude, but I’m sure next time will be better

I seriously doubt it's just being rude. I have so many emails from multiple places a day I know I personally forget stuff all the time honestly.
