Flutterdie and Sky-Pin Private OC Custom Swap with UrocyonFox

I'm so happy to share these with you all!  UrocyonFox and I decided to do a private custom swap with the theme of Costume Ball/Fancy Party using our original characters.  I used her Flutterdie and Sky-Pin characters.  I couldn't decide on an outfit for Flutterdie so I made her two: a goth ball gown themed cloak and a spring Lolita look.  Sky-Pin was easy to dress- she definitely needed a goth-punk corset.  I also made her a little corn snake friend since Fox loves snakes and was kind enough to help me out answering some questions about my scale-baby- Chibi.

I cannot describe the amount of detail and love that are in the customs. Like for realsies these are customs that someone would normally pay BIG BUCKS for. They're amazing and have flawless paint jobs (you still haven't told me your secret) and amazing sculpting, and everything is just so amazing. Seriously you guys they're wonderful.

LOL The trick to the paint jobs was to use many layers of thinned paint.  I also sanded with ultra fine paper in between every second coat.  But I don't think you need advice for that Fox, the paint job on the customs you sent me is very smooth too!  I want to know how you got Bright Eyes' dress sculpt so thin.  I tried to get the skirt on the corset thin but it kept coming apart when it got super thin.  Did you use Apoxie or Sculpey or a different kind of clay?

As for my clay I really don't even know, I bought a box of it from a yard sale I think it's sculpty maybe? It doesn't have any label on it but looks very similar to sculpty
