Alright guys, I got her open, here we go. The following is image heavy and includes doll gore!
For this endeavor, I chose to dremel her down the seams with a sanding disc. While it left some space that i'll have to fill in with apoxie, it got the job done.
This is the inner body, freshly opened. The tail was attached in a big giant brick of a plug, so fully pulling it out is not possible without cracking her open. Of all the supports inside of her, only one was able to be pulled apart as a peg/ hole with no damage, so basically to answer my own question, not without a dremel.
The hind legs attatched by plug and peg. It's one long peg that spans both sides and locks in place.
The front legs were attatched to one place that would've slid into their appropriate interlocking pieces in the body I cut the piece in half so they just slid out after. In hindsight that probably wasn't necessary.
Now the big part. Body swapping would be an odd experience. I had to break her off because she had two hooks attached to her base with rods going through to each side that had to be cut in half to open it. This junk'll have to be removed to fit the torso back on.
