Question for Apoxie Sculpt users
« on: May 31, 2015, 02:42:18 PM »
Would apoxie last if I use it to make an inner edge around a sink?

I ask because I'm trying to remodel the kitchen a bit for my Mom's birthday*, but our countertops are only 22" deep. This means I'd have to use an undermount sink, but that would leave the edges of the laminate countertop exposed to water.

Do you think I could use Apoxie Sculpt to make a slope from the edge of the countertop to the sink and have it last, or is this a bad idea?

Thanks! :D

*Naturally I find out I'd have enough money to go to the Fair *after* I cancel everything. >_>; Might as well make the most of it! ;D

Yep. I use it more for household stuff all the time. Used it to fill in grout in my shower, fix a crack in a sink, repair some concrete on the lanai. It's really handy. No issues with anything thus far.

XD That's awesome! If I can't just replace the cabinets (*!*) I may try that, then. Thank you! :)
