Ugh! so annoying but it happens quite often    Please report him to ebay - or better -point strawberryreef  in his direction and she can report him , then the listings will get taken down. Its against ebay rules to use someone elses  pics (or description)

joking aside, I also really dislike when people do not use their own photos to sell second-hand stuff. this is typically a situation where I want to see the actual product I buy. unfortunately it does happen way too often

Thats a bit of an odd one. The individual pictures strawberryreef uses are actually standard promo images...that anyone anywhere can use. The guy selling however has screen grabbed the waves from her website. Interesting to see how ebay decides on that one.
