Hi everybody!
My name is Nicola, I am 29 years old and live in the UK. I got married in July of last year so my one year anniversary is coming up. My husband is a huge comic book and batman fan so hes not allowed to comment on my growing Pony collection when I have to put up with a full batmobile collection.
I used to have My Little Ponys when I was a kid, all the old G1 ponies and some of the sea horse ones if I remember rightly and I have always loved them. My parents bought me a My Little Pony (Butterfly Island - Hidden Treasure) for my birthday one year as a joke and it renewed my interest ! I managed to dig out some of the old ponies that I used to play with and then I'd look in charity shops or at car boot sales so I now have quite a collection, mainly of G3 ponies with a few G1 and G2 thrown in for good measure. I have about 40 pony's at the minute and I'm always happy to add to my collection. I recently bought Dream Drifter which I was ridiculously excited about! I seem to pick up pony related items everywhere, Primark went through a spate of retro My Little Pony gear which I loved.
Random pony fact for me was that I had a custom My Little Pony at my wedding which was "pulling" a carriage at the side of my castle cake.
I love the custom ponies that seem to be all over the place at the minute and I might have to give customising a go at some point as I love my crafty projects.
