ID this G1 heart brush? Solved!

Catchy title, eh? Help, I checked wiki and Dream Valley and had no luck (tried ponylandpress, but no playlets yet).
If it's not MLP, it is EXACTLY like the pink one from the parlor. I'd love to know where it came from if it's not MLP.
(I kinda like this type of brush, it is very simple and has nice long bristles.)
Or am I just obviously missing which play set it went with??

According to this, the pink one goes with the Pretty Parlor and the yellow one goes with the Show Stable

Nevermind, the Show Stable came with a different style heart-shaped yellow brush. Sorry.

I think maybe with the original Dream Castle.  I've also seen that the pink DC came with a yellow shooting star brush.  Maybe both?  I'm not sure.

Hasbro used the molds in other toylines so maybe from there?

With this lot there also was the hot pink basket from the brush me beautiful boutique; but no other boutique parts.
I am really wondering if it was one of those I'll just throw it in because that's what we've got from the factory deals.


As a side note. I've had two waterfalls from their original owners. Both of which have the sponge brush, but did not come with this brush:

This makes me wonder if the correct brush gets lost a lot or if the factory was subbing in the Original type comb.

Are you sure it's not an accessory from the second Grooming Parlour/Brush me Beautiful Boutique? There are some variations to loose accessories with these, and there's also a Snuzzle Parlour release over here in the Uk, though I don't know, I think her brush was pink too (you might have to check with Chrissytree, since she's the only person I know here who has/had a Snuzzle one...)

My Kiss Curl Parlour (BMBB) is currently in the attic, in fact, we spent the last 2 days LOOKING for it because my poor Kiss Curl is trapped inside, so I am not sure. But if it matches the style of the Grooming Parlour/Pretty Parlor, and it's just a different colour, that would be my guess...

My insert for Kiss Curl shows a pink brush, but it's just a drawing, so :-/

It came with some Dream Castles as far as I know, I've also seen them come with either yellow or blue shooting star brushes.

Funny enough with all the stuff is the hot/dark pink brush just like this for the Brush me Beautiful Boutique! I was missing that one...

Thanks for asking this question Mlp4me!  I also have that yellow brush and it has been in my "I have no idea" tote for a few years now as I've been too lazy to post a thread  .  It would be great to definitely know where it came from!

As others have said it is from the Dream Castle. Its from its later release. The set was released across 4 years (until replaced with the Lavender version). In its later release it came with this yellow brush
