I'm always worried about bragging immediately after buying something online because, as others have said, what if the package gets lost, or something bad happens to the item, or the item will be different than the seller described? I get that feeling with almost everything I ever buy online

I'd mentioned in another thread where you'd popped in about a high value pony I'd won a while back? Well, that was Sweet Scoops    O.m.g that was the most painful wait ever.... I don't think I have ever been more anxious about a parcel - took her three weeks to get to me with half the tracking missing (stupid global shipping programme!) and that was a looong time for me to keep my trap shut, lol! I told two other close, trusted pony pals about her when I won her, but no one else for a very long time, even after she arrived    So I can totally understand your excitement and wish you the speediest of mail deliveries!

I'm big on not saying until it's in hand. Same reasoning as others. Occasionally I will brag, but that's 2-3 times a year if that well after it's in hand.
