I agree that the average G3 accessory will never reach a the novelty of a G1's, but that's just the span of time between the generations in my opinion. I do agree an active collector community during the G3 era will influence availability in the future, but I still feel there are G3 accessories that will stand the test of time for desirability. No, not brushes, Celebration castle bits, or other such things, but people I feel forget some of the accessory heavy ponies that came out. Or that other people in the future will be introduced and into collecting.

I rarely hear anyone talking about the cardboard punch out accessories for moonlight celebration with Moondancer or the Cotton Candy cafe. Are they really so plentiful?

I know only time will tell, but I'm enjoying the thoughts being raised :)

I doubt there will be big money in g3 accessories but loose accessories for intl superlong hairs will be htf there for a little pricey. I have been trying to find their accessories loose for years and i just cant do it (I live in a country where they were sold) in the end I just ended up deboxing some ponies to have them
