EDIT- I got figured out- I had to go to my mom's and use a computer.  I could't get it on my phone at all.

I figured you guys might be able to help me out. I tried using the eBay site, but it is so frustrating and I am doing all this through my phone because we don't have Internet at home.

Anyway, I had an auction where the buyer did not pay, so I opened up a case for at least 4 days and heard nothing back from the buyer. So when I got my invoice for my seller fees at the end of the month I was still charged for the auction fees for the unpaid auction. Now I did relist the item, but it hasn't ended yet. I thought I could contact ebay through e-mail, but I can't seem to find that option anywhere just contacting them by phone.

Is my only option to call eBay? I haven't sold on ebay for many years and it looks like so many things have changed :p

Yeah I wish the eBay mobile site was easier and had what I was looking for. I couldn't even relist items with my phone.... GRRR
