PC/Info: Baby Bugs Bunny Plush?

I found this plushie today at the thrift shop and thought he was too cute to pass up.  I'd love to know more about him, and find out if he's worth anything, but other than being 99% sure he's Bugs Bunny I am totally clueless here.

I tried Googling, but I'm not coming up with anything similar to him. So I'm hoping there may be someone here who knows more about Looney Toons than I do and can help me out.

Not sure if you can tell from the picture, but he's a big guy; about 20 inches tall, not counting his ears. He has a tush-tag, but it's extremely faded out so it's not very helpful.   I can *kinda* make out a few letters of the word "trademark" on his tag, so I'm pretty sure he's an officially licensed plush.

Is he a carnival prize?

Hmm... I've only ever had a grand total of two carnival-prize plushies in my lifetime and both were pretty "junky", so maybe my view on the quality of them is a bit off. But I would say he's better quality than that. He's pretty thickly stuffed, and the seams and everything seem really well-put-together.
