Question about TAF Milky Way

Was hoping someone has her handy so they can check something for me please 

Is the blue stripe on her mane 'set into' the white hair, or is there a separate little row of holes for the blue hair? I'm making a custom of her, and want to know if I should start drilling another extra set of holes to put the blue stripe in.

Most of the ponies which have central stripes like Milky Way have a separate row of hair Makes it easier if you have to fix one up at least!
