I had never seen these before either!
What a cool set, now I want to collect them too! I bet they are probably prettier in person, also. Like that one that looks black is described as "metallic dark plum" so it is probably this fantastic dark purple color once you actually get it in-hand. The Dapples molds were really pretty too, I have a couple. Especially when they don't paint Joker Horses' crazy mouth.

I wish they would have marketed better also! At least the Wind Dancers got a bit of marketing...those are fab & at least people heard of those.

Those are so pretty! There is a Dandy on ebay right now but its says that its from Australia.  I even looked on the MH$P and I did not see any on there.

Those are Breyer Dapples - I have six of 'em, but none of those. I never saw the Dapples available in stores at all, I could only order them through catalogs. I know that all of the Dapples horses are hard to find now - I'm afraid I can't help you on where to find the North Star group unless you look maybe at a place that exclusively sells vintage Breyer?
