Pony Restorations

I love to restore things. Ponies as well of course. When I found a really baity Baby Ember and Italian Firefly at a flea market I just couldn't leave them behind. That day I ordered some hair from Dollyhair and yesterday I finished Baby Ember:

She was suffering from a cut tail and mane, some dirt spots and some pink marker stains (which I coudln't remove but you don't see them much) she was rehaired with DH Atomic Turquoise.

I'm very pleased with how she turned out. There are more restorations on the way like the Italian Firefly and a SHS Wild Flower who has already been lying in a box with untameable Frizzy Hair for over a year. She has gotten a new tail today. I hope I can rescue more baity ponies in the future. It would be awesome if I get a really baity one with chewing marks and missing parts.

Wow!! So lovely. Like a whole new pony. I have a baby sea pony beachcomber that I would like to rehair. She has frizzy disaster hair. That blue would be the perfect color too. Still haven't worked up the energy, courage, or money to get started on learning yet. So for now beachcomber is sporting one big curl.
