Brazilian Collectible Cards/stickers
« on: December 21, 2014, 04:46:48 AM »
It is insane, seems like it is done with personas, the names and the symbols are so... miss matched.
Those are not exactly cards, they are 8x5 cm.

Those are interesting!  It really does look like they are people's OCs or personas.  I really like a lot of the designs, though.  I like the archery pony!

Gosh what a very random product! It does look like OCs - I am guessing unlicensed then! Do the names translate to anything Gustyfox or are they just random names?
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi :hug:

With a (not very professional) adaptation names from 1st pictures would be something like:

Cerejinha = Little Cherry
Noite Colorida = Colorful Night
Rosa Tulipa = Pink Tulip
Chiclete = Bubblegum (with that symbol?)
Moranguinho = Little Strawberry
Arqueira = Archer
Prateado = Silvered
Certinha = I have no idea how to translate the idea here, but the name is a reference to those kind of perfect students, those well behaved, who have clean and organized material and do all the homework.
Nevoada = Something like Mists
Amiguinha = Little Friend

That's.. very odd.

I recognized that one named 'Chiclete', though I can't recall from where. Must be quite a shock to the owners of these OC's to see their ponies on bootleg cards  :blink:

Once launched yugioh cards, all it does success here turns letter and I will try to explain why each name:
Cerejinha: the pose and look, and hair tones, all of an air of innocence is in the short and habit already,
Noite colorida: the mark cutie and hair colors,
Rosa tulipa: because your whole body be pink and this flower is not common here in Brazil, everything that is not common here, and used to names,
Chiclete: the cutie mark, it seems to be homosexual, and here gum and one of the names for homosexuals,
Moranguinho: Because of strawberry dolls, hair and, of course, its color, http://camis.files.wordpress.com/2008/06/moranguinho-antiga.jpg
Arqueira: just because the arc, Only,
Diamante azul: he and blue and the diamond, Only,
Pratinha: by their skin color, because the silver and gray, yes, we are very creative,
Certinha: this was the one I laugh, serious, and because it appears to be a student, and seems like studying, and Brazilians do not like to study, but me, lol, here instead of studying they go out to parties and stuff, unfortunately, the Brazilian people itself not the proper value to the studies, so laughed so much with this,
Nevoada: their legs seem snow, although nevoada and a local word, I often use the word very mist,
Amiguinha: ONLY because she seems friendly,
oh you guys realize the level of creativity of my beloved people, I love and hate this country.
