Thanks!!!  im actually not sure where he got it or if the box came with it, but I DID catch him on etsy one time!!! He could have bought the case online somewhere. When I did ask him where he got it and how much he spent, he told me im 'not allowed to know'... just like my promise ring! I will never know how much he spent on that either.
