Anyone have a heated massage mat?

My hubby has been having back problems and I'm not sure how he'll be able to sit for Christmas. I was thinking of getting him one of those chair pads with heat and massage. Anyone have one they would recommend? I don't want one that's too expensive, maybe around $50.
