Heavy metal band saves kitten

Slayer, the group responsible for  songs like Raining Blood and Angel of Death, bought  a sickly kitten from a homeless guy and nursed it back to health while on tour:

That is seriously sooo awesome! Reminds me of how Chuck Shuldiner (lead singer of Death) had a HUGE love for cats and would wear cat shirts to his concerts!! What is it with metal dudes and kittens?  Im noticing a trend!!!

It is really strange about metal and cats... I guess it's a rebel thing - cats are so rebellious!

BTW... that is a seriously cute kitten - but I'd say that about any kitten!
