My First Custom!! :D (kinda pic heavy)

Hello there! I am proud to be introducing my first legit custom EVER!!! and IDK what to call her I'm thinking "Rock Me Babe"  have any better names, feel free to throw em at me

Who said rehairing is a long, boring and tedious process? I practically finished within a couple of days! and I'm just a beginner!

Originally this custom was supposed to be a molded hair Anthony Kiedis pony, but I just had the red FBR just sitting on top of my books for about a year and some months (due to laziness and moldy clay :x), and after I looked at enough tutorials and everybody else's fantastic customs, determination took over and I ripped off his head (while breaking the head turning plug in the process  so she can't turn her head now :/)and started rehairing him/it using my leftover weave hair  (that you can get from your local beauty supply store) just using a sewing needle (I used a carpet needle...just any needle with a big eye to get the hair through) and started going to town c:
Getting the earring in was an absolute pain X_X I used a push pin and made a couple of holes close together and wriggled the pin part around in her ear to make the hole big enough for the wire
And obviously I still can't paint details but oh wells
And yes she has black glitter eyeshadow and a glitter choker. I figured the glitter would hide the slashes in her neck from when I was deplugging her using a small kitchen knife (It was brutal man X_X) because I have no idea where my only x-acto knife went 

To say the least I quite happy with here c: and I hope to make more purchase worthy customs in the near future in order to make some extra money on the side ^^

I think her paintwork suits her theme well, she is a tough rocker and not a pretty princess girl! Love the earring too, nice touch!

Awww! Thanks guys I was beginning to think nobody liked her due to the lack of comments on the thread X'D but I'm glad y'all approve! <3

My head is already buzzing with ideas, all I need is some dollyhair and more bait X_X (all the bait I have is 2 Rarities, 2 Cheerilees, another set of the CMCs and another Star Dreams :s).

That is a hardcore rock pony to be sure!  Great color scheme and yeah I love her earring, too!

Oh and I think less people post on the weekends in general.  I'm not 100% sure but it seems that way to me.  So don't think it's you.  It's us

Great first custom for sure! Cant wait to see what else you come up with =) for cheap g4 bait i keep an eye out at Target etc for the bagged ponies (usually by the registers)  theyre like half the price of the carded ones =)

And that'll be a good idea! but I plan on my next custom to be one of my OCs, which is a G3 unicorn and I can't find any anywhere! Dx #ponycustomizingprobs
