Was this ever a MLP?

I remember as a kid I have (I think) was a unicorn, it had wings filled with water and glitter and stuff.
I realise it may nt be a MLP but I wondered if anyone remembered it too?
It would have been the early 90s.

I keep forgetting about Ghost of the Doll - such an awesome website!  I was able to use it today to ID a horse toy I vaguely remembered having as a kid.  Turns out it was a Crystal Swift Wind toy from She-Ra!
