Monster High Item styling head

Hi All,

I hope this is the right forum.  I have a friend who is looking for this item:

and is having trouble finding it.  Can anyone share some insights?  Is it released yet?  Is it hard to find in other locations?

It's only showed up in my local (USA) Target in the last couple of weeks. It's still a pretty new item; I'd keep checking the shelves in your local stores.
