Strange Tiny G2 Sunsparkle/Sundance?

Hello ponies! today I got a huge lot of ponies from all generations and I got this interesting small Sundance/sunsparkle in it! She is absolutely adorable, smaller than the g2 McDonald's toys from both Denmark and the regular releases, and she is if a nicer quality too. Where is she from? What is she? I can't find any info!
Plus I'd love to know if there's more like these, I'm in love with them!!

She's smaller than other g2 toys I have, and behind her in the photos for height is a g2 seabreeze, g1 baby brother Apple delight, and a CP Macau Cotton candy if it helps. About as big as a blind bag zecora.

McDonald's pony I believe or something. Usually ponies made with cheap plastic come from McDonald's but I could wrong. She could come from a play set

Can you find any markings on her what so ever?

It seems that she was the figure that came with (some copies of) the CD-Rom game.

I think there was a doll sold around this time - the Happy Meal Doll, and that Pony was the toy in the Happy Meal Box for the Doll
