Good Prices for G4s at Kroger in the USA

I was shopping at Kroger (grocery store) today and I was surprised to see that they had a bigger selection of g4s than I've seen at Target and Wal-Mart. 

The "Snow Globe" princesses were $7.99, regular brushables were $3.99, and Breezies sets were $9.99.  I don't actively collect G4s, so I am not current on their prices everywhere, but these are the lowest prices I've seen, so thought I'd share!

Were they on a sale? with the secondary Yellow/gold price tags?

I visited my kroger today and there wasn't a sale, and the prices were higher than walmart.  Just curious maybe my store hasn't started the sale yet?

They did have rectangular orange price stickers on them, but as far as I know, it was not a special sale.  They were in the center of the store with the Christmas decorations and other toys, if that helps.

Last time I went into my local kroger I couldn't even find a toy section... Which is strange because I definitely remember getting toys from there while grocery shopping with my parents as a child. I might try again for those prices, but I know last time I'm pretty sure I checked all over...

Target has the snow globes for 8.99 now , they were 9.99 at their release

Nice price point!    They are quite hit-or-miss with their seasonal toys so better go hunting while you can!

Just wanted to bump this because I went back and got the snowglobe princesses (yay!), but they did NOT ring up as marked, but more.  I asked one of the store employees for help, and he was not sure why they were not ringing up as priced, so he manually changed it for me.  Just a heads up to check your receipt before you leave the store if you get them from Kroger!
