Ebay seller selling plushie pattern that isn't his

Just a heads up, Ebay seller redfoxtail has several listings up for custom plushie patterns.  Type "My Little Pony pattern" into ebay and they're the first 4 that come up (Rarity, Dash, Twilight, and a set of all 6).  This seller is NOT the creator of this pattern and is distributing it against the wishes of the lady who did make it.  He is also using her photos of her finished plushies. 

If you want this pattern, go buy it directly from dolphinwing on Etsy.  She's awesome.

If you haven't already, I would contact the ladies who's pattern it is and have her report it to eBay. That is just so wrong!
